THE CHALLENGE:

TO INCREASE THE CONVERSION RATE FOR MEMBERS OF CREATIVE CLOUD. THE GOAL WAS TO EITHER UPSELL TO A BUNDLE DEAL OR TO ADD ON A NEW APP. THIS REQUIRED 3 EMAILS EACH FOR 4 DIFFERENT PRODUCTS.

My Role: I worked as the main writer on all emails, creating drafts, fixing edits, and making sure to create concise copy that matched the quality and requirements requested by the client.

The Result: 12 Emails — 3 for each product focus, communicating a different overall theme for each individual email in order to diversify messaging for audience.

Worked with designers to align text and images for a coherent email

Created an evergreen pod 2 for each send that matched the tone of each email and drove the deal home with direct CTAs

TO GET AUDIENCE TO TRY OR BUY BY HIGHLIGHTING THE VALUE OF DESIGN, PHOTO, STUDENT, AND VIDEO PLANS USING A CURATED SELECTION OF FREE ASSETS.

My Role: I worked as the main writer on all emails, creating drafts, fixing edits, and making sure to create concise copy that matched the quality and requirements requested by the client.

The Result: 12 Emails — 3 batches of four emails deployed in order, communicating a different product for each email batch in order to drive home messaging for audience.

Each email demanded unique and creative headlines to grab attention

Words and designs had to work in tandem to communicate the benefits of the free assets offered

Created two pods that offered free assets and drew attention to the plan that fit the audience’s needs
