THE CHALLENGE:
TO GET ENTERPRISE USERS TO INCREASE MONTHLY ACTIVE USE BY HIGHLIGHTING TIMELY, BENEFITS-DRIVEN CONTENT.
The Audience: Enterprise users trying to use Adobe for their business, from teams as small as a dozen to companies well into the thousands.
My Role: I acted as the primary writer on all Events emails, interpreting briefs, creating drafts, and fixing all suggested edits from both client and leads.
The Result: One email per month for all Events emails and additional Creative Connection emails sent throughout the remaining weeks, each diving into new features and highlighting the best techniques, assets, and case studies to improve the audience’s workflow.
