Creating content takes more than a few quick drafts—it’s a process. That’s why I roll up my sleeves and start from the ground up, working closely with you every step of the way. Together, we’ll lay the foundations, map out a clear plan, and build copy that speaks directly to the people who need your products most.

Phase 1: Foundations

In this first step, let’s talk through your goals, what gets you excited, and walk through your brand voice and any digital marketing currently in place. Your vision, your style, your goals, and your people matter to me.

Help me understand your hopes and roadblocks that way I can identify the best way to expand your reach, increase clarity, and resonate with the people who really need your products most.

Phase 2: Plan

Let’s create a clear path for stable, repeatable, and creative brand voice. Save time while communicating the value of your tech effectively and accurately to your ideal customers.

Here’s how it works: 

  • I distill your company vision into a cohesive writing style guide to ensure that all of your copy, from the copy on your website to your email newsletters to your social media pages is consistent with the image you want to portray to potential customers. I want to make sure the heart of your product comes across and we communicate the value of your product to an audience that needs it most.

  • I create a tangible digital marketing plan, which will include analyzing current copy in place and planning what content is needed to make your brand shine, from website updates to monthly emails to video scripts.

Phase 3: Start Building

In this step, I edit your website copy to match exactly what you want your audience to feel so that when someone arrives at your site, they experience the emotional impact and drive of your product presented clearly and effectively.

Phase 4: Make it Happen

Finally, I put all your marketing resources together and train you on how to use your new writing style guide to keep all future copy on brand so that you can keep your brand voice consistent and still free up time to get back to doing what matters most to you.  

I also create a month’s worth of copy that can be used in all the content buckets (website, emails, etc.) we planned in stepped 2 so that your brand voice does the selling of your product for you, making sure customers know exactly what you have to offer and why it is so valuable and life-changing to each one of them. This will include a month’s worth of content for you, including custom email outlines if needed and the option for me to create a retaining offer for each month moving forward to make a consistent and regular plan for marketing communication. Once that is done, we will be ready to launch the finished copy so it can do the heavy lifting for you.
